Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed records.
  • Manage inventory tracking, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and coordination with suppliers or logistics teams.
  • Assist with dispatch and delivery coordination, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products or services.
  • Handle collections and billing tasks, including follow-ups on overdue payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, report generation, and maintaining organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve internal processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer and company interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or ERP systems.
