Responsibility
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the packaging industry
- Process and follow up on customer orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation in CRM systems
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare regular reports on order status, customer feedback, and service metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related administrative roles
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung)
