Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and account updates.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolutions with customers while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and commitments in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics (e.g., call volume, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide clear, concise, and courteous communication to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and compliance regulations to deliver accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or call center roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written) with a neutral accent and clear articulation.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry, email management).
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays if required).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates).
