Responsibility
- Provide high-quality customer service to UK-based financial clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and financial product information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial services where appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and financial service platforms.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights or weekends, to align with UK business hours.
