Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to deliver exceptional support.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate, following company guidelines.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree or call center certification is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (neutral accent preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
