Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer accounts and collections.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts with professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, billing, and payment options.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly collections targets and performance metrics.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
- Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills through training and feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Prior experience in a call center or BPO industry is a plus.
