Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat/messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or account-related concerns by following established procedures.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and empathetic communication.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly in our internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and system tools to provide effective support.
- Participate in team huddles and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates (Senior High School or College level/degree holders).
- No prior experience required; willing to undergo comprehensive paid training.
- Strong written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (minimum 35 WPM).
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Must be able to report on-site in Makati City.
