Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery while adapting to unique customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
