Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring customer pain points and suggesting solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or other specified locations).
