Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account balances, and transaction histories.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive and empathetic solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality scores.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department following standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduates (New Curriculum).
  • No prior BPO experience required; entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule (US Shift).
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Amenable to working on-site at our McKinley, Taguig office.
