Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account balances, and transaction histories.
- Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive and empathetic solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Quality scores.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department following standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduates (New Curriculum).
- No prior BPO experience required; entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule (US Shift).
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Amenable to working on-site at our McKinley, Taguig office.
