Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
