Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with medical staff.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with billing inquiries and provide support for payment processing.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
