Responsibility
- Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and solution-oriented responses.
- Collaborate with finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies and streamline operations.
- Maintain and update order tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility for stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, and data entry.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in order processing and customer service workflows.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on customer requirements and operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles within manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and order management systems (e.g., ERP, SAP).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic financial processes (e.g., invoicing, credit checks) is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international team is advantageous.
