Responsibility

- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Generate reports on order status, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and order management systems.
