Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee on-time order fulfillment and resolve any shipment delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone, email, and chat.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teams to prevent stockouts and backorders.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems, documenting interactions, orders, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay informed about Arjo’s product portfolio to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain roles, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with a customer-centric approach.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple orders and priorities efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot order discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
