Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the Proprietor’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Proprietor and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support executive decision-making.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address logistical or operational challenges before they arise.
- Organize and facilitate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of critical documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, and expense reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
