Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Verify customer identities and documents to prevent fraud and ensure security.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service targets.
- Stay updated on banking products, services, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
