Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding shipments, tracking, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations.
  • Process and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and update customers on delivery timelines and potential delays.
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining records of shipments, transactions, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in freight forwarding.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics or ERP software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
