Responsibility
- Perform accurate receiving, unpacking, and storing of incoming inventory during night shifts.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update records in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance may be provided for heavier items).
- Basic proficiency in using computers and warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10 PM to 6 AM) and adapt to flexible schedules as needed.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not required (training may be provided).
- Familiarity with inventory control principles and best practices is a bonus.
