Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
