This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $2,600 β $3,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in one of Baliβs vibrant communities, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with childcare staff to relay important information, updates, and parental requests.
- Assist in resolving conflicts or challenges between parents and staff, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Provide administrative support, including managing enrollment documents, billing inquiries, and scheduling.
- Stay informed about childcare best practices and company policies to offer informed guidance to parents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, childcare, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to handling concerns.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems or administrative tools.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, as needed.
