This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $2,600 – $3,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in one of Bali’s vibrant communities, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with childcare staff to relay important information, updates, and parental requests.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts or challenges between parents and staff, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing enrollment documents, billing inquiries, and scheduling.
  • Stay informed about childcare best practices and company policies to offer informed guidance to parents.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, childcare, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to handling concerns.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems or administrative tools.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
  • Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, as needed.
