Responsibility
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Process and maintain administrative documents, ensuring compliance with government protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or office support.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM tools.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in a government or public sector environment is advantageous.
