Responsibility
- Provide dedicated support to assigned clients in Malaysia, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of reports and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of client-specific solutions and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing and delivering regular performance reports and updates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of market research or data analysis is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
