Responsibility
- Provide exceptional in-person and telephonic customer service to bank clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding them through banking products and services.
- Process account openings, closures, and transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate customers on digital banking platforms, including mobile and internet banking, to enhance their banking experience.
- Assist with loan applications, credit card services, and other financial products, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Maintain daily operational records, including transaction logs, customer interactions, and service feedback for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets, cross-sell banking products, and contribute to branch performance metrics.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect customer data and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, product updates, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in customer service, banking operations, or frontline roles within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to handle complex customer requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with banking software systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to compliance and risk management.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas) and adapt to flexible working hours if required.
