Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face collections from clients in assigned areas across Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships while negotiating repayment plans that are mutually beneficial.
- Achieve monthly collection targets by proactively following up on overdue accounts and implementing effective recovery strategies.
- Document all collection activities, including client interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up actions, in the company’s system.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on collection activities, challenges, and resolutions to the management team.
- Educate clients on the importance of timely payments and the consequences of default, while offering financial counseling where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate losses.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to debt collection in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or a related role in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in using collection management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (required for fieldwork).
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
