Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cash Teller Machines (ATMs) and related software systems.
- Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in ATM networks and banking applications.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to test and deploy software updates for ATM systems.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on ATM transaction logs and errors.
- Participate in the development of user manuals and technical documentation for ATM operations.
- Conduct routine hardware checks and assist in the replacement of faulty ATM components.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards for financial systems.
- Provide basic user support and training for bank staff on ATM system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related degree.
- Basic knowledge of software development, networking, or hardware maintenance.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial technology (fintech), or ATM operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
