Responsibility
- Contact and negotiate with clients to recover overdue payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and implement effective payment plans tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Monitor and track delinquent accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and propose solutions for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions in compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices in debt recovery to ensure ethical and legal compliance.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients to facilitate long-term payment arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, finance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using collection software or CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial regulations and debt recovery processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
