Responsibility
- Manage the Order-to-Invoice process for Intercompany Operating Units (OU) and GMA customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Oversee export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination, to guarantee smooth and efficient delivery of products to global markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, to resolve customer inquiries, address operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, order fulfillment, and export performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with export laws and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the export process, such as delays, compliance issues, or cost overruns, to minimize disruptions and financial impact.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline export operations, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency in the supply chain.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the customer service and export teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, export management, or supply chain operations, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in export documentation, customs regulations, and international logistics, with a strong understanding of Incoterms and trade compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a dynamic and diverse work culture.
