Responsibility
- Provide personalized and professional consultation to customers to assist in selecting fine jewelry.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-end shopping experience that aligns with the Diamond & Platinum brand image.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and inventory presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales service with grace and efficiency.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and maintain customer records.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail, luxury sales, or high-end customer service is highly advantageous.
- A warm, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English, Malay, and/or Mandarin (to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for jewelry.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be well-groomed and represent the professional image of a luxury brand.
