Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully addressed.

Qualifications
