Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Wing Assistant's services and generate leads.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Wing Assistant's solutions to decision-makers.
- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
