Responsibility
- Participate in a structured sales training program to develop essential telesales skills.
- Engage with potential customers via phone to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Attend regular coaching sessions to refine skills and improve performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Transition into a permanent sales role upon successful completion of the training program.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
