Responsibility

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chat queries with speed and accuracy.
  • Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for client-related issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up with the customer.
  • Continuously meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service gaps and improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • High proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on a rotational shift basis if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
