Responsibility
- Manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chat queries with speed and accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for client-related issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process documentation in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up with the customer.
- Continuously meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service gaps and improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, helpdesk, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- High proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
