Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
