Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
