Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end customer sales transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records and update internal databases to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and service issues promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline service workflows.
- Prepare sales reports and documentation to support the administrative needs of the sales department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to team goals.
