Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage shipping schedules, documentation, and customs clearance for freight forwarding operations.
  • Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
  • Process and track shipment orders, invoices, and billing with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions that maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and update shipping databases, tracking systems, and reports for real-time visibility.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize routing and reduce transit times.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, shipping, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, incoterms, and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with global clients and partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software (e.g., ERP, TMS).
