Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments on potential and existing subcontractors, including financial, operational, and compliance evaluations.
  • Analyze risk exposure and develop mitigation strategies to protect Deugro’s interests in global logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline subcontractor onboarding and ensure adherence to company policies and international regulations.
  • Maintain and update subcontractor databases with accurate, real-time information on performance metrics, certifications, and compliance status.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement or corrective action.
  • Support audit processes by providing documentation and evidence of due diligence activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in subcontractor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in due diligence, risk assessment, compliance, or vendor management (internships included).
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain regulations, or ISO standards is advantageous.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
