Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and loading of delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Perform warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct routine checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy and properly equipped.
- Deliver goods to customers in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movements, and warehouse activities using digital or manual systems.
- Assist in the unpacking and inspection of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to deliveries or inventory.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse and during deliveries to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in delivery or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Valid driverβs license with a clean driving record (motorcycle or car, depending on delivery requirements).
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage inventory and delivery schedules accurately.
- Basic proficiency in using handheld devices or software for tracking deliveries and inventory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with the local area (Badung and surrounding regions) is highly advantageous.
