Responsibility
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline service delivery and improve operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications
