Responsibility

  • Maintain and organize an efficient filing system for all sales-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Prepare, process, and track sales contracts, proposals, and other important documents
  • Coordinate between sales teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics
  • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to sales activities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and sales processes is advantageous
