As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and supporting the administrative needs of our growing company. Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Manage filing systems for invoices and related financial documents.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in invoice processing or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is advantageous.
