Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and studio events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Support the creative team by managing project timelines, tracking deadlines, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Assist in event planning and coordination for studio workshops, client meetings, and team-building activities.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a creative or design environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in improving administrative processes.
