Responsibility

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to stakeholders regarding delivery statuses.
  • Resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including costs, delivery times, and carrier performance.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with import/export laws.
  • Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management by coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with logistics software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
