Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service with a smile.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash and card payments.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bakery counter and display area.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure products are stocked, labeled, and presented attractively.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Support promotional activities, such as sampling events or seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
