Responsibility
- Provide world-class customer service to insurance clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle policy inquiries, claims processing, and account management with accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to compliance and data security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends) to support global clients.
