Responsibility

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat regarding financial accounts.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and promptly.
  • Adhere to security and compliance protocols to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with high precision.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on financial regulations and product updates.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Financial services background or BPO experience is a significant advantage but not required.
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
