Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve client inquiries related to healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company scripts, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and patient demeanor, even in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or healthcare support role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or Healthcare is a plus.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience in handling sensitive customer situations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology or industry regulations is advantageous.
