Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information and resolve client inquiries related to healthcare services, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company scripts, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain a positive and patient demeanor, even in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or healthcare support role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or Healthcare is a plus.
- Empathy, patience, and resilience in handling sensitive customer situations.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology or industry regulations is advantageous.
