Responsibility
- Deliver world-class customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and internal policy changes.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Previous BPO experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
