Responsibility
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process bookings, reservations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information on travel packages, flights, and accommodations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the companyβs CRM system.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel or hospitality are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia.
