Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times and resolution rates.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver consistent service.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on recurring customer pain points.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
