Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times and resolution rates.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to deliver consistent service.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on recurring customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk software, or e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
